NOEL TAYLOR
Owner and Director
Noel has been in finance since 2003, starting his career with National Australia Bank, getting a great grounding in credit policy and bank procedures. Noel switched to broking in 2008 and hasn’t looked back, spending a lot of time setting finance for investment purchases, contracting to various companies throughout Perth. Noel has a number of investment properties and has been involved in developing properties in the past. Noel was also a small business owner in a previous life, giving him a great grounding in understanding self-employed client’s businesses and requirements.
TROY QUINTAL
Owner and Senior Finance Broker
Troy enjoyed a career change in 2006 from IT to mortgage broking, following his passion for buying investment properties. Troy worked very closely with a property investment company setting all the finance for their clients over a period of 6 years. Dealing with this volume of clients gave Troy great experience in dealing with various client requirements, as well as dealing with complicated lending arrangements. Troy has a large portfolio of investment properties, and continues to buy and develop his own properties.
MICHELLE ORD-TAYLOR CA
Principal Accountant
Michelle is an accountant with 5 years experience with a large accounting firm, and another 10 years with the biggest gold miner in the world. Michelle works within the organisation providing business management expertise, answers on tax rules, and advising on financial statements as needed. Michelle’s experience within the accounting industry complements Noel and Troy’s own expertise in finance and investment properties and makes Satellite a powerful ally to your business.
